Can I ask for level change?

This should be communicated to the teacher and has to be evaluated by a test.

Can I change my course?

If a student wishes to change the course they are attending it may be possible to change to an alternative course or program of the same value, depending on availability. For changes of a confirmed reservation, 50€ will be charged for administrative costs.

Can I change my teacher?

This change depends on our availability.

Can I change the days of my evening courses?

Our evening classes are given according to the Spanish levels. A-levels are on Mondays and Wednesdays. B-levels are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Can I extend my course once I have registered for it?

Students can always add additional weeks to their course.

Can I take holidays/vacations during my course?

Long-term students must inform the school at least 15 days in advance regarding the temporarily interruption of the course for vacation reasons. This is subject to previous school approval.

Does the course include insurance?
Students must arrange appropriate medical, travel and personal insurance.
Do I have to go to every activity?

Activities are not compulsory. You can attend to the ones you are interested in.

Do I have to pay the whole course in advance?

It is necessary to pay for the entire course in advance.

How can I enroll in a course?

To enroll in a course, applicants should complete the enrollment form by booking online.

How can I pay for my course?
There are two options, you can pay your Spanish course by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by inter-bank transfer to the VivaSpanish bank account.

How long is the class?

Our academic hour lasts 50 minutes.

Is there a minimum age for attending the courses?

Our courses are developed for adult students, over 18. We do not offer specific programs for younger students.

Is there a minimum number of students needed to start the course?

No. In case there is only 1 student enrolled in a course of a certain level, the number of classes will be reduced to 50% of the published number and 25% in the case of 2 students.

What are the payment and cancellation conditions?

The payment and cancellation conditions are explained in detail in the terms & conditions.

What happens if I can’t go to one of the classes?

The student can recover lost classes only if the absence is caused by medical reasons, a medical report must be shown.

What happens if there is a public holiday?

VivaSpanish is closed on public holidays. All classes will be recovered, however, refunds will not be made if the student is unable to attend the replacement classes.

What should I bring with me to class?

For your classes bring pen, paper and a bilingual dictionary. You can buy your textbook on your first day of school at a cost of €20

Will I receive a certificate for my course?

Yes, you will receive an attendance certificate when the course finishes. To obtain this certificate the student must have attended at least 85% of the course.
